About Professional Building Surveying Consultants Association of Hong Kong
PBSCA is an association of private building surveying practices in Hong Kong aiming to provide the necessary "bridge" between the Public and our Members.
Through the promotion of the various professional services commonly offered by our members, we hope to foster a "made-to-measure" and affordable service to the Public which is the main source of our clientele.
It is also the wish of the Association to pool the resources of our members so to provide innovative solutions to known deficiencies in our current building system and working practice.
